CNC Wood Carving

Our industrial CNC routers cut, carve, and sculpt hardwoods with sub-millimeter precision — achieving depth, texture, and geometry that would be impossible by hand at scale. We work closely with clients to translate architectural drawings, custom designs, and original artwork into physical form.

From a single statement panel above a fireplace to a full-wall installation in a commercial lobby, every piece is finished by hand: sanded, oiled, stained, or lacquered to your specification.

3D Printing & Design

Additive manufacturing lets us build forms that no cutting or carving process can achieve — internal geometry, organic curvature, complex interlocking structures. We offer full-service 3D design consultation alongside print production, meaning we can take you from sketch to physical object entirely in-house.

We work in PLA, PETG, ASA, and photopolymer resin, selecting the right material for each application based on strength, finish, and environmental requirements.

Every Project Starts With a Conversation

Inquiry & Brief

Send us your idea — a sketch, a reference image, a description, a dimension. We'll respond with questions, possibilities, and an honest sense of scope and timeline.

Design & Quote

We develop a detailed design or toolpath preview and send you a firm quote. No hidden fees, no surprises. You approve the design before we run a single cut.

Fabrication

Your piece goes into production. Depending on scope, this ranges from a few days to several weeks. We share progress photos at key milestones.

04

Delivery & Installation

Finished work ships securely or can be picked up from our Troy studio. For large installations, we offer on-site delivery and mounting services locally.
